One of our absolute favorite places to eat is at the St. Louis chain Crazy Bowl’s and Wraps. There are 15 locations throughout the St. Louis metro area and each location is typically decorated with clean, bright colors and an airy feel. The menu is centered around bowls and wraps that are flavorful and refreshing! They have a large assortment of wraps and bowls that provide a nice array for different dietary needs including paleo, gluten-free, low-carb, and vegan. The bowls and wraps also have various options for visitors to pick from based on their preferences, such as the kind of grain or tortilla. The dishes are typically a modern take on global cuisine, such as a jerk wrap/bowl or a Thai wrap/bowl. Each wrap comes with a side of chips that pairs well with their assortment of dips. Our absolute favorite wrap is the Buffalo Chicken wrap – it is delicious! Crazy Bowl’s and Wraps continues to be of our places to grab a quick and refreshing meal.

Side Note: Crazy Bowl’s and Wraps also has a a rewards program! Our only complaint is that we always wish it was outside the St. Louis area. When we lived in Atlanta and New York we always wished we could have a buffalo chicken wrap.
