One of our favorite side dishes, and one that is easy to make, is honey carrots. They go with a variety of dishes and add a pop of color to any meal for a tasty vegetable.
Ingredients:
One package baby carrots
Honey, to taste
Place the baby carrots into a medium-sized pot. Fill the pot with water so that all but the topmost carrots are submerged. Then, drizzle honey over the carrots. Cover the pot and heat on medium-high heat for about twenty minutes. When finished, drain the remaining water from the pot.
