The Binc is a classic cocktail bar in Brooklyn Heights. Although the google description describes it as a speakeasy, The Binc is easily visible from the street. Visitors enter into a small, dimly lit room with marble top tables along the bar, window, and booth seating that runs along the wall. The room is elegantly decorated with tiled floors and decorative tiles along the wall. The inside of the Binc is the perfect setting for an intimate date night.

Although The Binc is known for cocktails, they offer a nice array of small plates. When we visited we ordered some truffle fries which were fantastic! The Binc also has beer and wine for those who prefer it. As for the cocktails, they have a variety creative cocktails. We ordered the Rasputin and the Hatchet Jack, which were both delicious. We both enjoyed the overall environment, the drinks, and the incredible truffle fries.

Side Note: There is limited seating, which we understand, but we did not have the best experience regarding this aspect. When we arrived a couple was taking up a couple tables which was odd when there are only a few tables, so we were forced to sit at the bar; however, when a group arrived we were asked by the bartender to scoot over to make room for them when there was a table now completely empty, so we both felt a bit mixed about the service.
