A classic Swabian dish, is pancake soup. If we make a large batch of pancakes, this is an easy way to use up the pancakes. Traditionally, the soup would utilize bones to create the broth; however, we utilize a quicker version by preparing a bouillon cube in around 3 quarts of water. Add the juniper berry, onion, horseradish, and bohemian forest seasoning. Slowly cook the meat to allow the flavors to be absorbed. Once the eat is cooked through, slice the pancakes, place on top of the soup and sprinkle chives or parsley.
