Grilled Chicken in Greek Seasoning
Halloumi Croutons

We often keep grilled chicken in the freezer for quick easy meals, so we began by heating up the chicken and sprinkling Greek seasoning on it. While the meet heats up, you can prepare the salad. You will chop up the pepper, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion and place in a bowl. Next drizzle olive and red wine vinegar over the salad and sprinkle garlic, oregano, basil, dill, and parsley. Mix and set to the side. In a pan heat up a wedge of halloumi with olive oil until slightly browned. Place the chicken on some warmed pita, sprinkle the salad on top of the chicken, and add halloumi for a delicious, flavorful, and filling pita!
