-Cilantro
-1 Cucumber
-Garlic
-Korean chili flakes
-Soy sauce drizzled
-Rice wine drizzled
-Sesame oil drizzled
-Sesame seeds
We make a version of cucumber salad almost every week, and this is a fun and flavorful rendition. Begin by chopping the cilantro, cucumbers, and garlic. Utilize as much or as little garlic as you would like. Once chopped, place in a bowl and mix. Next sprinkle the chili flakes and drizzle the soy sauce, rice wine, and sesame oil over the cucumber salad and, again, mix. We used the Sesame oil a little bit more predominately because we love the flavor, but base the dressing on your own personal tastes. Finish off with a sprinkling of sesame seeds for a little extra flavor and crunch!
This sounds good. I’ll have to try this recipe. I have fresh cilantro in my garden!
