Begin by placing olive oil, minced garlic, and a diced onion in a pan to slowly fry them. While the pan is frying, dice up a tomato and add it to a bowl. We like to use heirloom tomatoes, but other tomatoes will work! Add diced basil and balsamic vinegar to the bowl and mix. Once the onions have pan fried, remove them from the heat and allow it to cool. Next, slice up fresh bread. In a separate bowl mix olive oil, rosemary, garlic, and oregano. Brush the olive oil mixture on the bread and warm until your preferred level of toasted. While the bread is baking, add the fried olive oil, minced garlic, and diced onion mixture to the tomatoes and mix for some yummy bruschetta. Once the bread is finished, spread the bruschetta on the warm bread for a flavorful dish!
