Restaurant Week – Day 3 (Take-out Version)

If you love pot stickers, Crispy Edge is the place for you! Crispy Edge is in Tower Grove South and is focused solely on pot stickers, along with a few delicious sides. The restaurant is located in a two-story brick building on a corner just down from Tower Grove Park. Typically there are tables and chairs for visitors out front to sit and dine at. Inside the decor is low-key with dark paint on the ceilings, brick walls, and low-light. The kitchen and a bar are situated in the back. Due to the pandemic, the restaurant is currently closed to visitors, but offers great take-out options!

We have visited a couple times and it is perfectly located between work and home. Since Crispy Edge is known for their pot stickers we have tried a variety including the Buffalo Chicken, Traditional, Holiday Bird, and Chorizo Date pot stickers. Each of the different pot stickers were flavorful, well-made, and fun to try. Although they are known for their pot stickers, they do offer a few delicious sides, and we have had the Sweet and Tangy Asian Slaw and Teriyaki noodles. The pot stickers are good, but our favorite is actually the sides! We have several times planned a meal around the sides and love the flavors. We definitely recommend trying Crispy Edge and it is a great place to grab take-out.

Side Note: Crispy Edge is available in many grocery stores in the frozen food section!
