One of the many neat places to experience the arts in the growing Grand Center neighborhood, is the Pulitzer Arts Foundation. The Pulitzer Arts Foundation is located next to the Contemporary Art Museum and shares an outdoor space, helping to create an easy transition between the two modern-styled buildings. The museum is located in a square concrete structure with windows at the top for light to pour in, as well as the surrounding outdoor spaces. Visitors can come to the museum Thursday through Sunday, and admission is free.

We visited on a Friday night when the museum is open later and enjoyed both the permanent exhibits, as well as the visiting exhibit. The permanent exhibit are a variety of larger features, while the visiting exhibits are scattered throughout the rooms. Besides art exhibits, the Pulitzer features a variety of programs throughout the year, including the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra, workshop, curated tours, and lectures. The museum is not overly large and only took us about an hour to explore, which made for a great stopping point after an early dinner date.
