Summer Performances – Day 5

Friday has arrived, and that means you can head to Webster Groves for their local summer concert. Fridays in June and July live concerts take place in the gazebo of Old Orchard in Webster. The area is nicely shaded, and provides a nice backdrop for an evening. The performers are typically an assortment of different music styles, helping to provide visitors with a variety of music styles to enjoy. People will typically bring their lawn chairs, blankets, and large picnic baskets for evening dining. For those who don’t bring any dinner, the local area restaurants will actually walk around for you to order from them, and bring you your food, ensuring you have a nice evening of dining and entertainment. In front of the gazebo there is typically an open area were couples or little children will dance to the music and enjoy the evening. We have visited several times and have enjoyed listening to a variety of styles of music in a nice, relaxed setting.
