Turtle Park or Turtle Playground is located along the edge of the Forest Park next to the Clayton-Tamm neighborhood. The park is not very large, but is a unique, fun little park. The park is as the name suggests made up of large turtle sculptures that visitors can climb on, slide down, or just sit and relax. There is also turtle eggs, hatching turtles, and a snake for visitors to explore. The park overlooks the highway and the Clayton-Tamm neighborhood providing a fun little excursion in the city that would often just serve as a field next to the highway. The park is fun for all ages, and makes a great little picnic spot.
