A little bakery cafe near Washington Square Park, as well as the Upper West Side, is Mille-Feuille Bakery Cafe. The little shop is located across from LaGuardia Park and has a striped awning with a couple of small, marble tables and whicker chairs in front of the large, glass storefront. Upon entering, the right side is comprised entirely of the dessert display and the left allows customers to decide what treats they would like. In the back there are a few small tables as well for customers to consume their delectables. Mille-Feuille has a variety of goods, including an assortment of macaroons. The bakery cafe is French-style so the goods available are well-known French treats that provide a little French flair in the heart of Greenwich Village. We visited on a rainy day before heading to SoHo art galleries and found the little macaroons delightful! Mille-Feuille is ideal for a sweet treat when visiting SoHo art galleries, taking a stroll in the park or visiting one of the quaint restaurants that make up the village.
