New York is full of little coffee shops, and in the Garment District is Culture 36 that is affiliated with the coffee shops Culture Espresso and Culture 307 in New York.  The coffee shop is rather small, but feels open with the large glass window. Inside there are is only a couple large tables in the center of the shop and then smaller seating along the glass window and walls. Due to limited seating (which seems to be a theme in NYC coffee shops) we wouldn’t recommend this coffee shop for a long study or working session, but it is more ideal for a quick coffee and treat with friends. It has an industrial vibe with metal seats, wood tables, hardwood floors, decorative tin ceilings, and beautiful red brick walls. Culture 36 has a variety of coffees and pastries, providing quite a few options for visitors to indulge in. For this who like dark and bold coffee-Culture 36 is ideal. We both enjoyed trying another little New York City coffeeshop.
