In downtown Tacoma in a lovely multi-story brick building is Camp Colvos Brewing + Pizza Co. Inside there are large windows, high ceilings, and a fun hops light fixture. The front of the restaurant is tables and chairs, the middle part of the restaurant has a bar with their beers on tap, and the back is a kitchen which focuses on pizza. Camp Colvos has multiple locations, but the Tacoma location focuses on pizza. When we visited we got a pizza and some beer. We arrived shortly after they opened and waited over 45 minutes for our pizza when there was no one else in the restaurant, so we definitely recommend visiting when you are not in a rush.
