Balkan Treat Box is one of our favorite restaurants, and a couple of years ago they opened a new restaurant, Telva at the Ridge. Telva is located in downtown Webster Groves off of the main thorough fare. The restaurant is situated inside of Rolling Ridge Nursery in a large, multi-story brick building. There is a small patio with a couple of tables and chairs, and once inside it is a large room with brick walls, tall ceilings, and old wooden floors. Plants and lights hang from the ceiling, with tapestries on the wall, and pops of color throughout, creating a warm and welcoming space.

Telva’s menu focuses on breakfast items with Balkan recipes and flavors, as well as coffee and tea. We have tried Telva a couple of times and the line is typically flowing out of the building. Since we have a little one, we will place a order to go and then stroll around the nursery until the order is ready. The set-up allows us to get some yummy food, enjoy a walk through the nursery, and find some new plants. We have tried a variety of items and some of the coffee options. Each time the food and drinks are flavorful and delicious!
