We love exploring the beauty of Idaho and a fun stopping point is Shoshone Falls. The falls are often referred to as the “Niagara of the West,” but we think the falls are unique and fantastic all on their own! Shoshone Falls is right along the beautiful Snake River in Twin Falls, ID. The falls is located in a park that does have an entry fee, but once inside visitors can explore the falls from a couple of different view points. The park also offers hiking, swimming, boating, and picnicking, as well as a playground. We visited with family in the early evening and the park had primarily cleared out so we were able to leisurely view the falls with only a few other people present. Shoshone Falls was absolutely incredible and we definitely recommend!
