One of the best restaurants we have tried since moving out west is Cupbop. The chain has locations in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, Oklahoma, Texas, and Utah, as well as one opening up in Alaska shortly. Additionally, Cupbop is located throughout Indonesia. The chain focuses on Korean BBQ in a cup, as the name suggests. There are an assortment of cup options, as well as a few side options. The best part of Cupbop though is the flavors! We got a couple of different cups and each one was fantastic. Cupbop is easy, fun, and tasty, making it a delicious option for those out west.
