Although the Hawaiian beaches are beautiful and you may want to stay settled on the sand with the ocean view, a lovely park in Honolulu is Kapi’olani Regional Park. The park is situated between Diamond Head, the aquarium, and Waikiki Beach, making it easily accessible for those visiting the more touristy areas of Honolulu. Inside the park, there is tennis courts, pickle ball courts, soccer fields, softball fields, a rugby field, basketball courts, gardens, event spaces, the beach, a restaurant, and the zoo. When we visited it was late afternoon, and not too crowded, but the view of Diamond Head is quite nice!
