Located in the First Hill neighborhood of Seattle is the Frye Art Museum. The museum is a large concrete structure with little aesthetic appeal, but once inside the rooms are filled with colorful works. The museum consists of several rooms that focuses primarily on modern art. One of the rooms consists of more historic pieces covering the walls floor to ceiling and we found that room to be quite enjoyable. Additionally inside there is a small restaurant inside the highlights Galician cuisine. When we visited we explored the museum and enjoyed lunch at the restaurant. The museum is always free, making it an accessible museum unlike most Seattle museums. For those looking for a relaxed museum visit, the Frye Art Museum is a nice art museum.
