A delightfully fun stopping off point in Darby, MT is the Old West Antique & Candy Store. The town embraces its western identity with a fun little downtown strip. The architecture is wooden structures with fun kitschy signs and a quaint little city park nearby. We drove through town and decided to stop for some food at the Old West Antique & Candy Store. The store is multiple buildings long and is similar to the famous Wall Drug without the crowds. We grabbed some coffee and pastries, but there are other options as well. It also provides restrooms, providing a great stopping point for those traveling through Montana. For those driving through, the Old West Antique and Candy Store provides a bit of the “wild west” and also basic services, making for a fun stop along the way!
