Seattle-Tacoma Restaurant Week – Day 3

Craft.19, located in quaint downtown Sumner, is a cafe specializing in coffee and crepes. The cafe is housed in an old brick building with a new facade, all of which has been painted gray with white and black accents. The building is quite recognizable from the large mural on the side of the building depicting Mount Rainier with the slogans, “Live like the mountain is out,” and, “South sound proud.”

Inside is a sleek, clean interior, with lots of metal and wood elements, along with the same gray, black, and white hues from the exterior. Although the cafe is distinctly modern, it feels welcoming and cozy inside.

Craft.19 is a full coffee bar, so they offer any number of coffee drinks that you might desire. The cafe also has a nice menu of crepes, both savory and sweet. The savory crepes feature ingredients such as pesto; hash browns, German sausage, and cheese; and chicken, bacon, and onion. The sweet crepes feature nutella, bananas, and cinnamon; and apples and pecans. All crepes are made with local ingredients with some rotation according to the seasons.

Craft.19 is a pleasant place to visit for breakfast, brunch, or just for a coffee.
