Ingredients:
-Olive Oil
-3/4 Cup of Apple butter
-Apple Cider vinegar
-Whole Grain Mustard
-Rosemary
-Thyme
-Garlic
-Pepper
-Brown Sugar
-Pack of Chicken Breasts
-1 large Sweet Potato
-2 small potatoes
In a crockpot drizzle olive oil and apple butter. Then add apple cider vinegar, mustard, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, pepper, and brown sugar to taste. Mix the ingredients, and then place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and coat with the sauce. Cook on low for at least 6 hours or on high for at least 3 hours. After a couple of hours, chop up the sweet potato and potatoes and add to the crockpot. Allow the crockpot to simmer for a couple more hours to cook the potatoes. Add any additional seasonings if needed. At the end you are left with a full, flavorful meal that is easy to prepare and tasty.
Side Note: You can add a small dash of paprika if you want a bit of extra flavor, onions, or even root vegetables for a hearty crockpot meal!
