Ingredients:
-Rice Noodles
-Garlic
-Olive oil
-Soy Sauce
-Sesame Oil
-Onion
-Peppers
-Green onions
We love rice noodles and mixed together a few of our favorite things for a delicious dish! Begin by preparing the rice noodles. While the noodles are cooking chop up garlic, an onion, peppers, and green onions (separating the green from the white). Next place olive oil in a pan and begin to heat up the oil. Add the onions and once the noodles are cooked, add the noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil, peppers, and the whites of the green onion. Heat up the pan and coat all the vegetables and noodles with the sauce. Once completed, plate, and sprinkle the greens of the green onion. Enjoy!
