On a recent visit to Olympia, WA we stopped by the quaint and lovely Brewery Park at Tumwater Falls. The park is situated along the Deschutes River. The site is known for a salmon run, and previously utilized the river of the production of Olympia Beer. Although the brewery no longer exists, the memory continues in the park. There is a lovely trail that strolls along both sides of the river, and provides views of the falls and water cascading down. We grabbed a coffee and slowly meandered down the river, enjoying the views and the nice stroll!
