South Sound Park Week – Day 2

A small, but fun little park is Van Lierop Park. You can explore the entire park within a few minutes, but you go for the view. The park is located next to one of our favorite places, Farm 12, and is a long park that is just pointed towards Mt. Rainier. At the very end of the park there is a simple swing that faces the mountain, so on a clear day, you can just sit and enjoy a nice view. Also, along the stretch of park there are lovely flowers, making for a nice stroll. Finally, during our visits there have been hardly any other visitors, so you can just enjoy a nice, but small walk with a great view!
