Living on the West Coast, and particularly in the PNW, does have some disadvantages. You are extremely far away from other places, so flights are quite expensive; however, flights to Hawaii are more affordable! On a recent trip to Hawaii, we got to explore Oahu, including not only the beaches, but some yummy food too. Since we struggle with a shellfish allergy, navigating Hawaii could be a little difficult; however, we discovered quite a few places we thoroughly enjoyed, including Topped Waikiki. The food stand is in Waikiki, making it easily accessible in the tourist area, and focuses on Korean cuisine. The food stand consists of window to place your order and then a couple of outdoor tables with an overhang covering them. When we visited we got the Kalbi Bibimbap with an egg and the Shoyu Chicken. We got our orders to go and then enjoyed a delicious, flavorful, and affordable meal on our balcony! If you enjoy Korean food, we definitely recommend a visit to Topped Waikiki.
