A popular Portland coffee shop and roaster is Stumpton Coffee Roasters. There are several locations throughout Portland, as well as in the airport, so you have a variety of options to stop in and try. We have visited a couple of locations, but most recently, we visited the Sunnyside/Belmont location, which is located in a painted red brick building with a fun neon sign notifying customers where to get their coffee! Inside the space is small, but cozy with exposed brick walls, wood floors, and little plants in the large, bright windows. When we visited we order a yummy latte, along with a couple of bags of coffee. The PNW offers a wide variety of coffee options, but if you are looking for a classic PNW coffee chain, Stumptown Coffee Roasters is a fun option!
