In the quaint little town of Rose Bud, IL is Lieferbrau Brewery. The brewery is situated just off of the center of town in a lovely two-story brick building. On the side of the building is a little alleyway that leads to the back lot and is filled with small tables and twinkling lights. Once inside, there are two primary rooms, the bar area that has high tops and an array of beers on tap, while the other is a more relaxed seating area. When we visited we opted to sit outside along the side of the building and it was a nice, calm setting. The beers are primarily in the German-style, which we definitely enjoyed! We found the beers were well-made and showed the amazing variety of light beers and flavors. We both really enjoyed the setting and the beers, and definitely recommend a visit.
