One of the most frequented city parks in Chicago, IL are the combination of Millennium Park, Maggie Daley Park, and Lake View Park. Millennium Park and Maggie Daley Park are situated at the heart of Chicago in the northern portion of the The Loop, while Lake View Park runs along the waterfront of Lake Michigan. The parks provide those in the city with the opportunity to be in nature and participate in a variety of activities. The parks have art, gardens, monuments, trails, a skating ribbon, cafes, rock climbing wall, a playground, an amphitheater, and of course the beach. We have an annual conference seated in the midst of the The Loop, so we often visit the park and find it to be a nice reprieve from the concrete ad enjoy some lovely flowers and walks around the park! Due to their location, the parks make a great stopping point while exploring some of Chicago’s main attractions.
