A quaint little coffee shop in Gillette, WY is The Local. The coffee shop and restaurant are seated at the center of town in a two-story brick and metal building. Outside there are a few tables for seating and once inside the room is large and airy. The center of the restaurant has a large display cabinet with an assortment of bakery items. We visited for a breakfast with family and got a variety of goods, including baked goods, coffees, breakfast sandwiches, and a breakfast burrito. The food was well-made, flavorful, and delicious, while the coffee was quite good. The breakfast sandwich was our favorite and so yummy! We each agreed that we would all enjoy stopping again For anyone in the Gillette, WY area we definitely recommend a visit to The Local for a tasty meal and coffee!
