Thompson Island Brewing Company is a brewery and restaurant located in Rehoboth Beach. The brewery has a distinctly coastal feel. The exterior is a modern take on a wood-shingled beach house, while the interior is light and airy. The brewery also features a lovely outdoor area, which is reminiscent of a beach boardwalk and features a firepit and outdoor games.

The restaurant’s menu is a bit of a fusion between traditional pub food and regional flavors. We decided to have pub food, going with a burger and fries, and we were happy with our choices. We also had a tasting flight, with a variety of more traditional styles and innovative beers. Each of the beers was enjoyable and paired nicely with our food. If you don’t enjoy beer, Thompson Island offers a number of house-made cocktails and different styles of wine.

Thompson Island Brewing Company very much seemed to fit the vibe of Rehoboth Beach, and we were happy to have had a pleasant dinner with some beer at this locale. Thompson Island is a nice place to visit if you are in Rehoboth Beach.
