A lovely little restaurant in St. Louis is 58Hundred. The restaurant is a white-washed brick building situated on a corner in the Southwest Garden neighborhood. In the back there is a nice patio for visitors to dine at, and in the summer is covered by a tent with heaters for additional space. Inside the restaurant is split into two rooms with a bar in the middle of the two rooms. Upon entering, the restaurant is situated around the bar and filled with tabletops. The second room behind the bar provides visitors with more of a dining experience. The decor is simple with unique, modern-industrial light fixtures, wood floors, and walls covered in only paint.

58Hundred is a neighborhood gem. Many of the South City neighborhoods don a restaurant/bar that is mix between casual, and slightly more upscale dining, that provides a space for a large assortment of visitors, and 58Hundred is that hub in the Southwest Garden neighborhood. 58Hundred, like the space itself, has an eclectic menu for a variety of different preferences, making it one of our favorites. The menu consists of classics such as a burger, but unique specialties such as braunschweiger, while also offering fresh items, such as a quinoa bowl. Additionally, 58Hundred provides visitors with tasty daily specials that are ever changing. Besides food, 58Hundred has an extensive bar, to grab a drink at, but also boasts a butcher shot for visitors to pick-up fresh meat.

We have visited several times and have found the experience to be a lovey dining experience each time. The space is relaxed, the service is great, and the food is delicious! We have visited with different family members, who have each found the restaurant to be a nice dining experience as well. We definitely recommend trying the regulars, but also inquiring about the specials! We definitely encourage a visit to 58Hundred.
