Ingredients:
6 Slices of turkey bacon
1 – 2 Yellow Onions
1 tbsp melted butter or olive oil
1/2 pound of sour cream or Greek yogurt
4 large eggs
1/2 cup flour
Dash of salt
Tsp. of Caraway seeds
Pie crust
Gruyere Cheese
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Lay a pie crust in pie pan or a spring foam pan. Fry the bacon in either olive oil or melted butter. Next chop the slices of turkey bacon and an onion. In a bowl mix the sour cream, eggs, flour, salt, and caraway seeds. Add the bacon and onions to the mix. If desired, sprinkle gruyere cheese on top. Bake the zwiebelkuchen until the top is browned.
