St. Louis Metro Area Brewery Week – Day 4

Located along Cherkoee Street is Earthbound Beer. The brewery is located in the former Cherokee Brewing, maintaining a tradition of beer making in the facility. The building itself is a beautiful multi-story brick building with rounded windows. There is also a large patio to the side of the facility that allows visitors to be tucked away from the bustle of Cherokee Street. Inside the room has tall ceilings and a unique floating second floor that opens to the room. The decor consists of wood and metal elements, emphasizing an industrial vibe. Additionally, there is a basement that has and continues to serve as a beer cellar. Visitors are able to tour the beer cellar and learn more about the history.

Earthbound offers a large assortment of different types of beers, based on a variety of preferences. They don’t do flights, so we just ordered a couple different beers to try them out. When we visited we were able to sit on the floating second floor and both really enjoyed the architecture and history of the building. We also recommend that if you are visiting you must stop and enjoy some Mexican treats from Diana’s Bakery.
