2-4 garlic cloves

Start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees and then chop the carrots into small pieces. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic and rosemary. Bake the carrots for 20 – 30 minutes, depending on your texture preference. While the carrots are baking, prepare the ramen noodles. Once the ramen is cooked place the sesame oil and garlic cloves into a pan or wok. Once the sesame oil and garlic cloves are warmed, add the ramen. Evenly coat the ramen. Next add soy sauce and brown sugar to taste. Finish by placing the baked carrots in the pan and mix. You are left with a garlicky ramen dish!
