A savory side dish that we have found accompanies well with the St. Louis classic Toasted Ravioli is citrus parsnips.

Ingredients:

Parsnips

Olive Oil

Lemon

Nantucket Herb & Citrus Rub

Begin by preheating the oven to 425 degrees. While the oven is heating up, chop up the parsnips and lay on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil and lemon on the parsnips and sprinkle with seasoning of your choice. We often use the Nantucket Herb & Citrus Rub for our roasted root veggies that give them a delicious taste. Bake the parsnips for around 25 minutes depending on your oven and your texture preferences. Afterwards we have a flavorful side dish that went perfect with Toasted Ravioli.
