Recipe Week – Day 5
Ingredients:
Radishes
Arugula
White Wine Vinegar
This week we highlighted a few of our favorite vegetable side dishes that incorporate vibrant colors and are easy to throw together. For the final recipe this week, we wanted to highlight our “rad salad.” Simply wash the radishes and chop them into thin slices. Next, wash some arugula and cut into smaller pieces. Add the arugula to the radishes and drizzle with white wine vinegar. You really don’t need any seasonings because the arugula brings a nice peppery flavor and since the veggies are fresh, it adds a nice crunch to each bite. The white wine vinegar is the perfect splash of flavoring to make a dish that is tangy, peppery, and refreshing!

Side Note: If the dish is a little tangy for your preference, you can always add a dash of sugar!
