We love Savory Spice and incorporate their spices into our daily meals; however, we also like to change recipes to make them a little easier or healthier. Savory Spice released this year a new spice called Mexican Street Corn Seasoning, along with a recipe to make it at home. We changed the recipe a bit:

Ingredients:

4 corn cobs

1/2 cup of Greek Yogurt

Mexican Street Corn Seasoning to taste

1/3 cup of Cotija Cheese if desired

Cilantro if desired

Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees. Remove the extra tassels of the corn, but place the corn still in the husk on a pan and bake for 30 minutes. While the corn is roasting in the oven, add 1/2 a cup of plain Greek yogurt and 1/2 cup of cojita cheese in a bowl and mix. Add the Mexican Street Corn seasoning to taste to the bowl. Then wash and chop the cilantro and set aside. Once the corn is done, pull the husk down, drizzle the Mexican Street Corn Seasoning mix and sprinkle with cilantro. We mention cojita cheese and cilantro as desired because we have made the recipe without it and had just the Greek Yogurt and Mexican Street Corn Seasoning and found that super easy and flavorful as well!
