Center Ice Brewery is located in Midtown St. Louis in a rather lovely brick building. The brewery has retained much of the building’s charm, with exposed brick and wood beams playing prominent roles in the space, but the brewery has also updated the space with more wood accents and industrial-looking decor. As the name might suggest, the brewery also has an ice hockey theme, with hockey paraphernalia on the walls and old ice rink walls placed around the brewery. As you might expect, there are also TVs around the brewery for sports, especially hockey games. Center Ice has quite a few of their beers on tap. We sampled two half pours while we were there, the Old Arena Lager and an IPA from Center Ice’s revolving pale ale series, though there are many other beers to try if you prefer another style. Overall, if you’re looking for a location to drink beer and watch sports, Center Ice might be the place to go for you.
