With winter setting in, we are always on the lookout for a nice little coffee shop. We recently had the pleasure of trying Espresso Laine in Hermann, MO. The coffee shop is located on the corner of one of the main strips in downtown Hermann in an old two-story brick house that is now converted to a storefront. There is a large wrap around porch with some small seating options, providing a nice setting to enjoy your treats. Inside visitors enter a long hallway filled with items that leads to teh back room where you can order your food or drinks and adjacent to the hallway is a large room filled with a variety of seating options, as well an assortment of knick knacks for purchase.

Espresso Laine is centered around coffee and pastries, but they also offer tea. When we visited we had a delicious vanilla latte and a variety of scones. Both the coffee and the scones were quite tasty! We sat on a bench across the street and enjoyed our little mid-day snack. We both agreed Espresso Laine was a lovely atmosphere with good coffee and yummy sweets.
