Although we make Wiener Schnitzel every Christmas, for those who have leftover turkey, these are fun, easy sandwiches that are delicious!

Ingredients:

Sourdough bread

Turkey

Chutney

Cheese of choice

Arugula

Begin by lightly buttering the outside of both sides of the the bread. Place the first piece of bread down and they lay on the cheese. We used Hvarti, but you can use whatever you prefer. Next add the turkey on top of the cheese. Afterwards, add chutney to the inside of the bread that is not covered with butter and place on top of the turkey to finish off the sandwich. Cook both sides until lightly browned and the cheese is slightly melted. Add some fresh arugula to the sandwich and you are done! You are left with a delicious and flavorful sandwich.
