Ingredients:
Radishes
Olive Oil
White Wine Vinegar
Pepper
Sugar
Begin by dicing up the radishes. Some people do not like the skin, so if you don’t, remove it first, and then dice up the radishes. Place in a owl, and add the white wine vinegar, olive, pepper, and sugar to taste. Allow to sit overnight if possible. The following day you are left with a colorful little side dish!
