Bulgar

Olive Oil

1 Tomato

1/2 Onion

1/2 cup of Parsley

2 Tablespoons Feta

Garlic to taste

1/2 Lemon

Greek Oregano

Begin by cooking the bulgur on the stove top. As the bulgur cooks, chop the tomato, onion, and parsley. Once the bulgur has cooked drizzle the olive oil, then add the tomato, onion, parsley, feta, and garlic. Squeeze the lemon, stir, and plate! The recipe takes only about 15 minutes, but is hearty, refreshing, and flavorful.
