We have had whipped feta as an appetizer a couple times at restaurants and decided to create our own version based on what is accessible in the house – it ended up being fun and flavorful.

Ingredients:

-Container of 4 oz Feta

-Greek Yogurt

-Olive oil

-Honey

-Garlic Power

-Greek Oregano

-Pomegranate Molasses

Begin by pouring the container of feta in a bowl, next add at least 4 large dollops of Greek yogurt. Then whip the feta and Greek yogurt until smooth. Based on the consistency you may need to add additional Greek yogurt. Then drizzle in about a teaspoon of olive oil, a teaspoon of garlic, a tablespoon of honey, and a teaspoon of oregano. Blend everything together and then add additional ingredients based on taste. Finish with a sprinkle of oregano on top and a drizzle of pomegranate molasses for an easy and fun appetizer.
