Ingredients:

2 medium apples or 4 small apples

Olive Oil

Georgia Peach Spice

This is a simple recipe and can easily be extended to accommodate a larger number of guests. We primarily utilize fuji apples when we make this recipe, but other apples work as well. Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees. Next, simply slice the apples and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle Georgia Peach Spice over all of the apples. We tend to utilize a brush to ensure all of the apples are evenly coated, but this isn’t necessary. Then you will bake for 25-30 minutes. Afterwards, you are left with a sweet side dish, or if you would like, add a little ice cream, and make it an easy dessert. Enjoy!
