Utilizing the zucchini salad as a base, we decided to tweak the recipe, and found it to be more flavorful.

Ingredients:

2 medium zucchini

1 teaspoon sugar

White wine vinegar to taste

Dash of salt & pepper

Olive oil to taste

Edible flowers

First, we used a cheese slicer to slice the zucchini. After we added olive oil evenly to coat all of the zucchini. Next we added the sugar, salt, pepper, and white wine vinegar to taste, and mixed everything. Finally, we placed edible flowers on top to give a pop of color. The dish was a nice, refreshing side addition.
