Lights Week – Day 3
Each year Six Flags extends the amusement park hours and decorates the entire park in lights for visitors to experience with their event – Holiday in the Park. Throughout the park there are different themes in various areas of the park to explore. Besides lights, the park has Santa’s house, a kid’s area, a petting zoo, caroling, live shows, winter treats, a gingerbread village, and selected rides that are open, as well as a variety of photo opportunities. Holiday in the Park is accessible with the purchase of a ticket or with your season pass; however, you can also buy a season pass for the next season starting with the holiday lights, extending the use of your pass. We both have enjoyed visiting the lights the last couple years and seeing the different displays, while partaking in the holiday festivities.
