Ingredients:

-Seasoning of your choice

-Shredded mozzarella

-Turkey (We use 93% lean)

-Small Red Onion

-Tortilla chips

We started by making our own tortilla chips. Next, place olive oil in a frying pan and add the turkey. While the turkey is cooking, continue to stir, and cut a red onion. When the turkey is cooked fully, add the red onion and the seasoning of your choice. For seasoning we have used Peruvian Chile Seasoning from Savory Spice to taste or half a packet Old El Paso taco seasoning.  Afterwards, plate the fresh made chips, add the meat on top, and  place the cheese on top. You can also add some lettuce for a little bit of a fresher, crispier bite. We both thoroughly enjoyed the healthy take on game day nachos.
