A fun local restaurant is Dado’s Cafe & Bar on Hampton on the edge of the St. Louis Hills and Princeton Heights neighborhoods. The restaurant is in a non-assuming building with glass windows all across the front. The restaurant is divided into four rooms with the front casual front, the main two dining rooms, and the bar in the back. The decor is fairly simple with tan tile floors, beige walls, a few tan tile accent walls, and art pieces that highlight places the Greek coast.

One of the best aspects of Dado’s is the large menu that provides visitors with an abundant assortment of items to choose.  The menu is focused primarily on Greek and American cuisine, making it nice for parties that like a variety of of food items. Each time we have visited we have gotten the gyros because they are absolutely delicious, but others we have visited with have tried other items and said they were tasty as well. Like the assortment of menu items, the prices are a nice range, providing both an inexpensive meal, but also a nicer meal. Additionally, Dado’s has a wide assortment of drink options, and weekly specials. We have visited a couple times and have enjoyed the aid back atmosphere and phenomenal gyros that are within our own neighborhood.
