We recently made a plethora of bruschetta and were not sure what to do with it all so we decided to reuse it in a fun way.

Ingredients:

-Basil

-2 large tomatoes

-Drizzle of Olive oil

-Drizzle of Balsamic

-Salt & pepper to taste

-Feta

-4 cloves of garlic

-Rotini Pasta

First we began by making the bruschetta, which consisted of chopping the tomatoes, basil, and garlic. Afterwards we mixed everything, and then added olive oil, balsamic, salt, pepper, and feta to taste. We next cooked some pasta, and after the pasta was baked, we placed the pasta in a sauce pan with the bruschetta and let it simmer. Afterwards we were left with a very flavorful dish utilizing leftovers.
